Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you provide to request a consultation, such as parent/guardian contact details and your student's goals.

We use this information solely to respond to your request and provide our services. We do not sell personal information.

For students under 18, we communicate primarily with a parent or guardian. Contact us at any time to access or delete your information.

Accounts store display names and sign-in details. Essay and application documents are stored privately, with access restricted to the submitting account and authorized administrators. Temporary document links expire; documents are not published as public resources.

Students may delete their review submissions and documents from their account. Consultation requests and approved student-result records can be removed by an administrator. Public student results require verification and documented publication consent; anonymous publication is available.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, identification documents, or private information about other people. Students under 18 need parent or guardian involvement and permission for document submissions.

We do not currently install optional analytics tracking. Final retention periods will be provided before public launch; families can request removal through the consultation contact form in the meantime.
